Andre Pitre

The little church choir boy belted out soul-wrenching solos while on his knees easily won the hearts of the church goers on his time, Andre Pitre recalls, “by the time I was four years old, I knew I wanted to sing, my dad would play music constantly and I would listen incessantly . Then one day … the music was coming from me. It’s been that way every since” The prodigy also performed with family, school and social events. Music was indeed a part of the Pitre family , the game room served as the musical Mecca. His brother recalled that Andre listened to their daddy’s LPs all night, like Smokey, Sam Cooke, and later New Edition.
